Marketing Executive
Support the marketing team with conceptualizing, planning, and executing offline and online marketing activities in accordance with the marketing objectives.
Create a high-quality design for marketing collateral (e.g., graphics, presentation, brochures, and banners).
Manage marketing automation system to perform campaign marketing and database management.
Manage the company’s social media platforms.
Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contents/campaigns are aligned.
Perform any other projects or duties as assigned.
Events Executive
In charge of the entire process from conception to post-event, managing on-site preparation, production, and event teardown
Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, catering, entertainment, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
Build and maintain a database of industry contacts, service and venue providers
Plan, monitor, and support ongoing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Ensure prompt invoice issuance and post-event collection of payments Monitor and handle reconciliation of event budgets
Human Resource Executive
Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR and admin functions.
Drive the full recruitment from sourcing, interviewing and selection.
Basic HR and admin duties such as – managing employees leave, handling onboarding applications, proper filing and update record, and preparing submission papers for recruitment.
Work with partners to conduct recruitment workshop.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Admin Executive
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using excel to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentation decks.
Work with external and internal stakeholders for collaborations and project approvals.

Business Development Manager
Strategies and implement agency- wide sales initiatives in order to achieve Agency location key results areas in
Value of new business,
Number of Active FSCs,

Engage Agency Leaders and products regularly to build strong partnership relationships.
Design programs and incentives to direct the sales behaviour of agency distributors towards achieving key result area objectives.
Ensures key issues and feedback are communicated in a concise and effective manner to influence and gain buy-in from ALs and
Producers so as to drive quality performance. Management of agency’s daily operations.
Preparation of agency slides and ensure dissemination of important information and training to ALs and FSCs.
